木质纤维素酸水解液的脱毒方法研究

摘要
Abstract
As acid hydrolysis of lignocellulose was violent,the hydrolysates containes some compounds such as polyphenol which retarded the growth and fermentation of microorganisms.Therefore detoxification was needed.Eight kinds of detoxification methods were developed to study on xylose loss rate and the extrusion rate of phenols.The results showed that resin XDA-1+CaCO3 was the best method for higher removal rate and lower xylose loss rate,and biological tests also showed good results.关键词
