高纯度低聚半乳糖单一组分的制备研究
Study on preparation of high purity of galacto-oligosaccharides single components

Abstract
Bio-Gel P-2 gel filtration chromatographic column was used for the purification of Galacto-oligosaccharides(GOS) mixture,by which the effect of column temperature,elution flow-rate and sample volume on the separation were studied.The results showed that the optimum separation could be obtained at 50℃,15~20mL/h and sample volume 3mL with the column of 1.6cm×120cm and elution solution of degassed distilled water.Products of tri-,tetra-and pentasaccahride with the purity of more than 85% were achieved under this condition.Followed the second column chromatography for the concentrate of above single products,more than 98% purity and the yield of 95.5%,74.4% and 96.7% of tri-,tetra-and pentasaccharide,respectively,were obtained,which could meet the requirements of the standardized sample.关键词
