摘要
Abstract
Orthogonal test have been undertaken on the stabilizers formula of waxy maize beverage.The results indicated that the optimum formula was:0.1% alginate,0.1% xanthan gum,0.05% agar,0.1% CMC-Na.The beverage shelf life exceeded to three months.关键词
