葡萄皮渣膳食纤维调节大鼠血糖功能研究
Research on grape peel dietary fiber regulating rat blood glucose
摘要
Abstract
Research was based on grape peel left by fermentation wine as material.Different groups of rats were lavaged with the grape peel left by fermentation wine which had been dealt through extrusion and micronization.Then the changes of a rang of targets were measured,such as rat blood glucose,weight,T-AOC and GSP during feeding period,settle normal group and model group as control groups,and disgust the effect of different dietary fiber powder processing to rat targets.The results showed that both G1(ultrafine powder group) and G2(extrusion-ultrafine powder group) had reached NC(normal control group) level,which proved that Ig reagent had good function on controlling rat limosis blood glucose during all process.There was no significant difference between two smash methods.关键词
