摘要

Abstract

DPO is one of the new specific primers. In this study, four sets of dual priming oligonucleotide(DPO) primers were selected according to Listeria monocytogenes prfA gene, E.coli O157 : H7 rfbE gene, Vibrio parahaemolyticus tl gene, Shigella ipaH gene, respectively, and applied in the detection of the four previously mentioned foodborne pathogens with multiplex polymerase chain reaction(mPCR).The results showed that DPQ- mPCR exhibited high PCR specificity even under less than optimal PCR condition compared with conventional mPCR.Meanwhile,this method is easy to operate.
