摘要

Abstract

The rapid extraction method of Malvidin-3- O- giucoside, Malvidin-3- O (6- O- acetyl ) - glucoside and Malvidin- 3 - O ( trans - 6 - O - coumaryl ) - glucoside, from the wine pomace was optimized by using high performance liquid chromatography.The ANOVA of factors and orthogonal experimental design showed that it was a rapid approach to extract these main anthocyanins in following conditions. 1.5: 1 liquid- solid ratio( mL/g), 1.0% hydrochloric acid(v/v)in ethanol,70℃,40 min and one time extraction.
