摘要

Abstract

The absorption and desorption effects of 5 kinds of macroporous absorption resins on pigment from "Black Beauty" potato were compared,and the properties of static adsorption and desorption for AB-8 on "Black Beauty" potato pigment were further investigated.The results showed that the time of absorption and desorption equilibrium were 8h and 2h. Under the conditions of pH 3.0 and 40℃, the highest adsorpion ability for " Black Beauty" potato pigment was achieved,and elution the effect was better by using 90% ethanol solution at pH 3.0, which resulted in a 8.4-fold increase of color value.The results indicated that AB-8 resin could be used for separating and purifying for pigment from" Black Beauty" potato.
