摘要

Abstract

As various problems of chemical preservatives coming in and the demand for food processing being change into the mind of "green" and "nature", natural food antiseptic has became a major trend in anticorrosion technology.Many nature plants have the antibacterial and antioxidant activities ,this provides more abundant of raw materials for natural antiseptic.The entirety of Impatiens balsamina L.has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat rheumatism, isthmus and crural aches, fractures, superficial infections, fingernail inflammation, etc. lt contains numerous functional materials and has significant antibacterial and antioxidant activities. The research progress in chemical constituents and biological activities of Impatiens balsamina L. had been summarized.
