摘要

Abstract

The development status of food science discipline in China was summarized including basic structure, capacity building, professional distribution and talent team ,and scientific research.The advantages of food science discipline abroad were analyzed including history, the professional characteristics and internationalization of teaching staff.Based on the above analysis,the main problems of development of food science discipline in China were proposed.
