Abstract
The conditions in solid fermentation of a strain of Thermoascus aurantiacus QS7-2-4 with high yield of xylanase were studied.The research results indicated that the optimum fermentation conditions were:corncob:wheat bran was 7:3(w/w),the initial pH was 7.2,the water content of medium was 80%,the feeding amount in 250mL flask was 8g,fermentation temperature was 50℃,fermentation time was 72h,the amount of Tween-80 was 0.5%,the best nitrogen source was 1.5% of peptone.The activity of xylanase under the optimum fermentation condition reached 27952U/g.The optimum temperature and pH of this xylanase were 75℃ and 4.5,respectively.The xylanase was stable when the temperature was below 70℃.The activity of xylanase remained 87% after stored for 150d at room temperature.关键词
