摘要
Abstract
In order to determine extraction process of alkaloid from lotus seed skins and authenticate the activity of the alkaloid,and by using orthogonal experiment,the influences of various parameters such as extraction time,supersonic power,ethanol concentration or liquid/material ratio on extraction efficiency were studied taking yield of alkaloid as study index.At the same time,taking clearance ability for DPPH·,O2-· and ·OH as study index,its antioxidation in vitro was studied.The optimized parameters were as follows:extraction time:45min,supersonic power:70W,ethanol concentration:80% and liquid/material ratio:25:1.The alkaloid of lotus seed skins had better antioxidation in vitro,and it had strong capacity of scavenging DPPH·,O2-· and ·OH.关键词
