摘要

Abstract

Simulated moving bed chromatography is a kind of advanced chromatographic separation equipment,it is widely used in the extraction and separation of functional ingredients.Simulated moving bed equipment was used to separated fructose from the high purity fructose syrup,calculated simulated moving bed partition and the initial process parameters were studied by single-column test.The results showed that feed rate 3.0mL/min,elution rate 7.5mL/min,circulation rate 12.0mL/min,switching time 400s.The purity of fructose was 95% and the yield was 85%.
