摘要

Abstract

The overview of the single cell protein production strain types,manufacturing techniques,fermentation kinetics,and security and nutritional was summarized,the application of single cell protein was described.The future development of single cell protein was prospected.It was supposed to provide the theory and process parameter for the industrial production of single cell protein and the development of microbial protein food.
