摘要
Abstract
The food industry produces a large amount of wastewater,which pollutes the environment seriously.The wastewater from the production of the fermented food as well as the processing of the soybean,the fruits and vegetables,the meat and the dairy is the major source of wastewater in the food industry.The status of the membrane separation technology in processing the wastewater was discussed;its future application in the food industry was prospected.关键词
