摘要
Abstract
Dark tea is a traditional and unique tea product in China and has become a research topic of high interest in recent years due to its significant hypolipidemic effect.Meanwhile,dark tea also has the capability to regulate hyperlipidemia;however,its hypoliplidemic mechanism is complex.In this paper,the regulation of hyperlipidemia and the hypolipidemic mechanism of dark tea are reviewed.关键词
