菜花中挥发油化学成分气相色谱-质谱联用分析
Analysis of Chemical Composition of Volatile Oil from Rape Flowers by GC-MS

Abstract
Objective: To determine the chemical components in the volatile oil from rape flowers.Methods: The volatile oil in rape flowers was extracted by steam distillation method,and its chemical components were qualified and quantified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results: Totally 30 components were found,including 21 identified ones,accounting for 97.40% of total peak area.The major compounds were n-tetracontane(38.14%),n-tetratetracontane(30.24%),allyl isothiocyanate(10.94%),3-butenyl isothiocyanate(9.56%),β-caryophyllene(1.02%),limonene(1.01%),and allyl thiocyanate(0.75%).关键词
