Studies on ACE Inhibitory Peptide Derived from Food Protein
摘要
Abstract
ACE inhibitory peptide derived from food protein is a kind of small peptide with special bioactive functionality. It exhibits significant antihypertensive effect by inhibiting the activities of ACE in vivo, and has become one of the focuses of research at home and abroad due to its high safety, little adverse-effect, and gentle effect of lowing blood pressure. In this paper, the present research progress of ACE inhibitory peptide on antihypertensive mechanism, quality/quantity structure-activity relationship, the relationship of ACE inhibitory activity and lowing blood pressure are reviewed in detail.关键词
