Abstract
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is a kind of effective modern analytical method tor elements (many elements and isotope) detection. This paper summarized the basic principle of ICP-MS, compares and summarizes the advantage and deficiency of ICP-MS. It mainly focused on the progress in detecting tea origin and tea safety. Finally the prospects of ICP-MS technology applied in tea and other foods were forecasted.关键词
