摘要

Abstract

18 macroporous resins were tested for their adsorption and desorption performance to resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum sieb. Et zucc, and 4 of them were selected for subsequent studies, which were carried out to investigate the static adsorption and desorption behaviors of the selected resins. It was indicated that four resins named HPD400, HPD600,HPD720 and HPD722 has the high adsorption and desorption rate, and HPD722 resin was more better than the others. It has higher adsorption capacity (48. 31 mg/g) and large equilibrium constant of adsorption (0. 619 1 h ' ) , which indicated the better static adsorption kinetics. The optimum desorption solvent from the saturated HPD722 resin was 80% ethanol which has high desorption rate(up to 89. 59%).
