Optimization of technology for preparing dietary fiber from defatted rice bran

Abstract
Chemical reagents - enzyme separation was utilized to make dietary fiber out of defatted rice bran . Single-variable test examines the amount of a-amylase. Hydrolysis time, concentration of alkaline solution, alkali solution time on the extraction rate of dietary fiber, four quadratic regression general rotation combined test optimization of process parameters. Under the condition of the following: A-amylase in the amount of 0, 40 %, hydrolysis time of 40 min, the solution concentration of 4. 00% alkali, alkaline hydrolysis time of 45 min, extracted from the defatted rice bran dietary fiber yield of 39. 30%.关键词
