Abstract
This paper mainly research on the examination of active polypeptide β-Casomorphin-7. Using HPLC chromatography on pepsin solution in a sample of β-Casomorphin-7 detection. Compared with the results of standard retention time found the hydrolysis of 0. 5 h. 1. 5 h, 2. 5 h, No. 1, No. 3. No. 5 samples containing beta casomor-phin 7, after repeated sampling, the results remained consistent.关键词
