白花败酱草乙醇提取液的抑菌作用及其稳定性研究
Study on antimicrobial actions and stability of Patrinia villosa charantia extractive

Abstract
Extractive of Patrinia villosa were detected for its antimicrobial effect ,in addition, the influence of temperature and UV on the antimicrobial activity were tested. The results showed the minimum inhibitory concentration of extractive from Patrinia villosa was between 125 mg/mL to 250 mg/mL, and it keep the high antimicrobial activity in temperature range of 23 -160 ^C , time of ultraviolet radiation range of 10 min to 50 min. It showed that ethanol extract from Patrin ia villosa were high thermostability and ultraviolet radiation stability.关键词
