Abstract
To study the influences of the work parameters of the rubber roll husker on paddy processing breakage rate, this paper analyzes the related parameters such as the roll pressure, feeding flow, fast roller line speed and line speed difference with the method of orthogonal experimental design on the basis of single factor analysis, and optimized these parameters. Considered single-index of lowering the paddy breakage rate only, the most optimized technical parameters were: roll pressure 6 kg/cm, feeding rate 155 kg/(cm · h), fast roller line speed 15 m/s, line speed difference 2. 3 m/s.关键词
