Application of novel chromatographic detection techniques for food safety
摘要
Abstract
The novel chromatographic detection techniques were introduced! Represented by nonimmune chromatography, immunochrom-atography based on mimotope peptide and immunochromatography with new labels, such as quantum dots, fluorescent microsphere, up-converting phosphor and magnetic nanobeads, and their application for food safety. The principle,advantages, the trend and prospect for development of chromatographic detection in the future were also discussed in the paper.关键词
