Development Strategy of Jiangsu＇s Shipbuilding Industry Based on SWOT Analysis
以江苏船舶工业作为战略主体,应用SWOT模型对江苏船舶工业的发展进行定性分析,综合分析了江苏船舶工业发展的内外部环境,揭示了江苏船舶工业发展具有的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,在此基础上提出了江苏船舶工业发展的战略。
The paper made a qualitatively analysis on the development of shipbuilding industry in Jiangsu with SWOT model.It analyzes internal and external environment and reveals the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Jiangsu＇s shipbuilding industry,then puts forward the strategy for Jiangsu＇s shipbuilding industrial development.
