基于复合式同步控制策略和模糊PID控制算法的振动打桩机的智能控制器研究OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Research on Intelligent Controller of Vibratory Pile Drivers Based on Composite Synchronization Control Scheme and Fuzzy PID Control Aalgorithm
将同步控制思想应用在振动打桩机中,实现在线无级调频调矩,从而提高打桩效率。针对电液伺服系统存在的非线性、时变性以及模型不确定性等特点,利用单片机的计算优势,融合复合式同步控制策略和模糊控制理论,构成一种智能型模糊PID参数同步控制系统。实验结果表明:模糊P1D控制器可以改善系统的动态特性,控制效果明显优于常规PID控制器。
To improve the efficiency of pile driving and achieve stepless frequency and torque online regulation, a scheme of synchronized control was used in the control of vibratory pile drivers.
