Study of purification technique of flavones from bamboo leaves

Abstract
To optimize the purification technique of flavones from bamboo leaves by comparing the different extraction with different purification techniques. Methods: The content of flavones was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the content of isoorientoside was determined by HPLC. Acetidin extraction method and resin column separation method were compared. Then the purification technique was optimized. Results: The polycaprolactam column absorption method was the best. The purification condition was: defated extracting solution was mixed with resin. Impurity was eluted by water and then by 50% ethanol at 9BV. The content of flavones was 35%. Conclusion: The polycaprolactam column absorption method used in purification technique of flavones from bamboo leaves is simple with high yield and purity. It has no pollution and can be used in large - scale production.关键词
