Abstract

The extraction process of Buddleja officinalis Maxim Flavonoids was found with microwave method, which used water as medium and the extraction rate of Buddleja officinalis Maxim Flavonoids as index. Then select the microwave power, extracting time and ratio of water to solid as random factor, on the basis of single factor experiment, 3 factors 3 levels of Box-Behnken center combination experimental design, the extraction rate of Buddleja officinalis Maxim flavonoids were used as response value for response surface (RSM) analysis, and the flavonoids microwave extraction conditions were optimized. The experimental results showed that the flower treatment with microwave is useful for flavonoids leaching. The best extraction conditions as follows, microwave power 600 W, extraction time 12 min, and the ratio of water to solid 45:1. Under the best extraction conditions, the theoretical extraction rate of Buddleja officinalis Maxim flavonoids can reach 5.48%, validation value is 5.49%, the relative error between theoretical and validation is 0.18%.
