Abstract
Plums have a long cultivated history in China.The yield of plums were improved significantly in recent years,but they were hard to sell,so it was necessary to store and keep them fresh.This acticle sumed up the main factors influencing fresh-keeping storage on plums and storage technical measures that applied at home and abroad,analysed their advantages and deficiency,and seeked some fresh-keeping technologies and methods suitable for popularization and application in our country to improve the level of storage of plums in China.关键词
