Elasticity Analysis of Urban Residents＇ Liquid Milk Consumption Under Important Food Safety Accident——Based on the Questionnaires in Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang
摘要
Abstract
A total of 555 consumers in Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang were surveyed with a questionnaire about liquid milk consumption behavior.We analyzed economical and non-economical factors which affected demand for dairy products through descriptive analysis,the traditional linear expenditure system and two-stage least squares.We also measured the income elasticity,price elasticity and cross elasticity of the demand of liquid milk.关键词
