摘要

Abstract

【Objective】In order to know the present status of disinfection of tableware in Panjin,which could provide the basis for the foodborne disease preventing.【Method】To analyze the data of disinfection of tableware in Panjin city in 2010.【Result】A total of 1 000 tableware samples were examined in 2010,and the total eligible rate was 93.70%.【Conclusion】The results indicated that the effect of disinfection and overall level of sanitary condition of catering units in Panjin were better,but it was necessary to take different measures according to the size of catering units,the season,and the kind of tableware to strengthen administration,supervisipn and monitoring,to implement the disinfection and sanitary administration system in an all-round way,and to improve the sanitary quality of catering units.
