Research Advance of the Extracellular Cellulose and Hemi-cellulose Degrading Enzymes from Edible Fungi
摘要
Abstract
China produces a large amount of edible fungi.Most Edible fungi can secret enzymes that can degrade hydrolyzing cellulose,hemi-cellulose and lignin.These edible fungi could take advantage of many kinds of agricultural wastes such as wheat straw,wood dust and cotton seed hulls,and thus have a wide application.The article reviewed the research advance of extracellular hydrolases produced by edible fungi,including their categories,fermentation conditions,physical and chemical characters,gene cloning,and so on.关键词
