保温时间对钙钡硼硅复相陶瓷性能的影响
Effects of holding time on the properties of Ca-Ba-B-Si composite ceramics

Abstract
Ca-Ba-B-Si glass/α-Al2O3 composite ceramics for low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) substrate were prepared by sintering the mixture of Ca-Ba-B-Si glass and alumina. The effects of holding time on the microstructure, sintering properties and dielectric properties of the composite ceramics were investigated. The results show that the density, water absorption rate and permittivity of the composite ceramics increase first and then decrease with increasing holding time, while the dielectric loss decreases first and then increases. The composite ceramics prepared through sintering at 850 ℃ for 20 min show a better performance in comparison to other samples: a bulk density of 3.12 g ? Cm-3, a water absorption rate of 0.11%, a relative permittivityof7.88andadielectriclossof 1.0×10-3 at 10MHz.关键词
