隔离器用M型钡铁氧体陶瓷电磁性能的研究
Electro-magnetic properties of M-type barium ferrite ceramics for isolator load
摘要
Abstract
M-type barium ferrite ceramics were fabricated by traditional ceramic technology using BaCO3 and Fe2O3 as raw materials. The crystal structure and morphology of the prepared samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The complex permittivity (ε) and permeability (μ) were measured by coaxial transmission/reflection method. The microwave absorption properties of the prepared samples were measured by stripline test method. The results show that single phase barium ferrite ceramics with good crystallization are obtained under different sintering schedules. The ceramic sintered at 1 200 ℃ for 8 h possesses the maximum ε; the one sintered at 1 250 ℃ for 4 h possesses the maximum μ, and its microwave absorption loss can reach about 5.0 dB/mm at 10.2 GHz.关键词
