摘要

Abstract

Graphene nanosheets were prepared by thermally exfoliating the graphite oxide (GO) precursor at low temperature in normal atmosphere, and then supercapacitor was fabricated from the prepared graphene nanosheets. The phase composition and morphology of the graphene nanosheets were studied with XRD, FT-IR, SEM and TEM, while the supercapacitive properties of the supercapacitor were investigated by using cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. The results indicate that GO can be effectively exfoliated at 200 ℃ in normal atmosphere. The maximum specific capacitance of the supercapacitor is about 276 F/g in 6 mol/L KOH aqueous electrolyte.
