二氧化钒纳米粒子光学特性及制备方法研究进展
Research progress on the optical properties and preparation methods of vanadium dioxide nanoparticles
摘要
Abstract
The methods of improving the optical properties of VO2 by changing its nanostructure are reviewed. The preparation methods and recent results of VO2 nanoparticles are summed up, including chemical vapor deposition, pulsed laser deposition, sol-gel method, hydrothermal-high temperature solid-phase synthesis and sputtering. The advantage and shortcoming of these preparation methods are also discussed. The future progress on the preparation methods of VO2 nanoparticles is discussed.关键词
