摘要

Abstract

A study was conducted to optimize extraction method of Aflatoxin B1 from eight kinds of moon cake (mixed nuts, lotus seed with egg yolk, jujube paste, fruit, ham, snowy, and tuna) through ELISA. The detection results by two methods showed no significant difference except the detection in Mixed Nuts and Tuna. Better extraction efficacy was found using 50% methanol/water solution. The average recovery rate was 84.0%~l 14.7%. The method could improve the detection efficiency of aflatoxin B1 of moon cake.
