固定化酿酒废酵母吸附Pb2+的动力学及等温吸附研究
Kinetics and equilibrium of Pb2+ biosorption by waste biomass of saccharomyces cerevisia

Abstract
The biosorption characteristics of Pbz+ by the waste bio-mass of Saccharomyces cerevisia were investigated,including the biosorption kinetics as well as equilibrium isotherm study. The experimental results showed that when the initial Pb2+ concentration was 20 mg/L, the process of Pb2+ biosorption reached equilibrium with 3 h. The biosorption kinetics could be described by the pseudo second-order equation quite well (R2 = 0. 999 4), and the kinetic parameters kzand q, were 0. 002 9 g/(mg·min) and 18. 12 mg/g, respectively. The equilibrium isotherm could be fitted by the Langmuir and Freundlich models, but the Langmuir model is better (.R2 ~ 0. 995 7), with the maximum biosorption capacity and b were 18. 69 mg/g and 0. 127 2 g/(mg·min).关键词
