摘要

Abstract

Colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay was used to detect the Aflatoxin B1 in Sauce. After spiking with aflatoxin B1 and extracting, the samples from sauce were detected by colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The data showed that the result of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay would be positive when the concentration of aflatoxin B1 in sauce exceeding the maximum limit of China (5 jig/kg). The immunochromatographic assay can be used to screen aflatoxin B1 of sauce products.
