摘要

Abstract

The simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of food phthalate esters by gas chromatography was established. The chro-matographic conditions were optimized, and pre-treatment methods of the fat-containing sample were studied. Compared with the national standards, this method is quick and easy and less reagent consuming. The method of determination of 16 kinds of phthalates in the linear range are 5. 0~ 50. 0 jug/mL, relative standard deviation was 2. 13% - 3. 24%, and the recovery was 83.3% ~ 90.4%.
