摘要

Abstract

Factors of product design that affecting meat grinder performance were got analyzed carefully in the aspect of machine's efficiencies and meat's quality in order to improve the comprehensive performance of meat grinder. Combining with the true structures of product, influencing factors from designs of drive mechanism, feeding mechanism, cutting mechanism and heat dissipation structure were discussed separately. And some useful suggestions for improving the produce design were also put forward. Researches were expected to give helpful references for optimization design of meat grinder or other food machinery.
