摘要

Abstract

To optimize the extracting technology of polysaccharide from sporophyll oiUndaria pinnatifida , the technological condition of pectase-assistant extracting polysaccharide from sporophyll of Vndaria pinnatifida was optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). Polysaccharide extraction yield was as evaluated index and final optimal technological conditions of pectase-assistant extracting polysaccharide were as follows: the amount of pectase was 0. 65% , the ratio of water and material was 59 :1 (V ' m) and pH was 3.4, respectively. At this condition, polysaccharide extracting yield from sporophyll oiUndaria pinnatifida was 4. 79%.
