商品普鲁兰粗酶的分离纯化
Isolation and purification of commercial pullulanase
摘要
Abstract
Pullulanase was separated and purified from commercial pullulanase liquids. First, the commercial pullulanase was fractional precipitated by (NH^SC), then desalted by gel column, purified by ion exchange column chromatography and gel chromatography. AKTA pufrification system was used to finish these researches. The final purified pullulanase were detected by SDS-PAGE, and obtained single band, this means electrophoretically pure of pullulanase. The relative molecular weight of the pullulanase was about 82 kDa.关键词
