摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the food distribution process in the temperature of predictability, TTIs(time-temperature indicator/integrator, referred to as TTI ) based on different principles have been developed at home and abroad (mechanics, chemistry, enzymology, microbiology, or electronics irreversible reaction). This paper have discussed TTIs at home and abroad through a comprehensive research, the commercial applicability of TTI, and a new TTKmicro-type) status and it's future research prospects.关键词
