掺锰氢氧化镍的机械球磨工艺及电化学性能研究
Study on preparation technology and electrochemical properties of ball milled Mn-substituted nickel hydroxide
摘要
Abstract
Mn-substituted nickel hydroxide with good electrochemical properties was prepared by mechanical ball milling and its preparation technology was studied . The optimization technology condition was Mn-subtituted 20% ,ball milling time 15 min,ball material ratio 8: 1,rotate speed 350 r/min and ageing temperature 70 Abstract: . The results of X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope tests showed that it had aβ-Ni(OH)2 structure with an irregular shape and the particle size was about 5 μm. Its 0. 2 C discharge capacity reached 261 mAh/g and 1 C discharge capacity remained 90% after 300,cycles.关键词
