Application of Control Chart in the Quality Stability of Cigarettes
为提高卷烟单支重量的稳定性,通过控制图研究4种不同回丝量水平对卷烟单支质量的影响,分析其稳定性.结果表明,最大回丝量(32.1％)时,卷烟单支质量的稳定性最好.
In order to improve the stability of cigarette weight, the effects of four different quantity of tobacco waste on the unit weight of cigarettes were studied through control chart. The experimental results showed that the stability of the product was the best with the maximum tobacco return volume.
