Research on the Legislation on College Graduates Employment Discrimination

Abstract
Discrimination in employment of college graduates affects not only the direction and development of higher education, which results in the unreasonable allocation of labor resources, but also social harmony and stability. It is also a departure from the law spirits and the legal value. Legislative protection is an important means to realize equality in employment. Therefore, this article, from a legislative perspective, discusses regulating the phenomenon of employment discrimination by enhancing the awareness of legislative subjects, regulating the legal system against employment discrimination and drafting law against employment discrimination in response to the lack of consciousness of legislative subjects, non- standard legal level system and the imperfect legal system against employment discrimination.关键词
