摘要

Abstract

This article sorts out the western moral education thoughts in the following four aspects:moral education goals,interpersonal relationship,moral education content and moral education methods to increase the teaching effectiveness in vocational schools.The moral education in vocational schools should not only help students to form the habit of adapting to public life,but also help to stimulate the students′ internal demand for moral development.What′s more,it is to develop the moral consciousness of self-judgment,autonomous selection,self-responsibility of vocational students.Therefore,teachers should try to change the existing moral teaching models to create conditions for equal exchange between teachers and students,accept students′ shortcomings and not just discipline them,but trust and care about them.When confronted with the deviant behavior of vocational school students,teachers should work together with the class teacher to take moral measures to help them.
