Abstract
This paper takes tourism management majors of Shanxi University of Technology as an example.Based on in-depth interviews and surveys,the essay analyzes the present situation of talent cultivating in tourism management of Shaanxi University of Technology and looks into the market demand of tourism talents,and probes into optimum proposals and countermeasures in training of innovative talents.关键词
