Abstract
Training rural expert teachers is needed for rural education development.The expert teachers should have the ideal to work in rural areas,the knowledge structure with rural characteristics,the proficient rural education skills and strong rural education research ability.Strengthening policy guidance,innovating teachers＇ management,building common prospect,and playing a model role are all effective methods to cultivate rural expert teachers.关键词
